I have known Jacqui for eight years and she has taught my children as well as myself. The experience you have with one of her sessions is βa delicious, relaxing, soothing range of achievable posesβ. Jackie is a truly amazing yoga teacher!
I would if I could kidnap her and have yoga with her every day, she's that good.
She has done so much wonders for me personally. I had an injury and when this happened I spoke to her before a lesson, Jackie always compassionately listens and proceeded to adapt the yoga session... my body fells revitalized and energetic after each yoga session with her.

Jacqui has been my Yoga teaching for about 5 years now. Her attention to detail with her teaching is outstanding. Classes are of mixed ability, so all are welcome to join and participate.
What do I require for the classes?
Wear clothes that you will be comfortable to move, stretch and lay down in. If you feel the cold easily ensure that you have layers. You will require a yoga mat. If you do not have any additional yoga props have at least 2 blankets, cushions and a face cloth to hand.
You do not need to be flexible to participate. Your yoga practice will evolve and your strength and flexibility will grow.
Anusara Inspired yoga classes. Welcoming all abilities to practice from your heart. Anusara means to flow with grace.
If you have health concerns please get in touch, so we can assist you in knowing what poses can be modified and what poses to avoid.
You will find the link to access your class in your calendar booking and you will get a confirmation email once you have booked, 24 hours before class commences you will receive a class reminder email.
